The plates were skillfully hand painted by a talented artist The fruits are in a large spray across the edge of the plates with the green leaves falling towards the center of the plates. The Ranson mold is scalloped and embossed on the rim. The artist enhanced the rim with a band of gold. The art work is very realistic looking. The overall quality of the design is quite professional and beautiful.
The condition of this decorative plate set is superb. No chips or cracks; one plate has some paint wear (as shown in the photo).
