This is a National RS803U 8-track tape recording and playback stereo deck made by Matsushita around 1970. I used to record on the deck and listen to it in my car's audio system. The power turns on. However, I don't know if it plays sound because I don't have any tapes. The motor runs. I haven't used it in many years. Thank you. Also, the selector knob is missing. Thank you.
