I have no clue if this works or not and I can only guess the age (patented in 1912). It has some rust and spots of mildew on the leather near the roller part. The other is the leather part of a Fred Bender strop from Harrisburg, PA (operated in late 19th and early 20th century). Perfect for collectors of vintage barber supplies.
