I purchased this used about 10 years ago and used it with a 7D Mark II and 5D Mark III.
When not in use, it was stored in a dehumidified storage box.

While it's in good condition for an old lens, there are minor scratches from normal use.

There is no noticeable dust inside the lens, but there may be some microscopic dust that is difficult to see.
I don't see any mold or fogging, but this is based on my amateur assessment, so please refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns.

There are no problems with basic functions such as autofocus.

The accessories are all that are shown in the photos.
