Jump Rope for Heart was/a fundraising and event program that for years was an annual events for elementary and middle schools around the world that began in 1977. The program raised more than $1.2 billion in the USA from 1978 to 2017 to support the American Heart association. In the USA, what for many years was known as Jump Rope for Heart has evolved into the Kids Heart Challenge, which still includes jump rope as a component. In the USA, the program is jointly sponsored by the American Heart Association and the Society of Health and Physical Educators.
The frisbee has the 1980s logo on it. It’s in good condition see photos. There is minimal paint loss and scuffing around the edges from normal use.
The adult jump rope is NWT. It’s 9 ft long with textured grips and is light weight. What a great way to bring grandparents parents and children together to achieve fitness goals all while sharing memories.
