Pre-owned but in good condition.
The exterior white material does have marks on the sides of the soles and on the fabric material due to previous wear, but they still have a lot of life left. I have cleaned them once, but they can always be cleaned again.
The designs on the exterior were handpainted by the previous owner; they are not part of the original design. If anyone out there is eager for a custom painted pair of Vans, these may be for you!
