Authentic Late 1950s / Early 1960s textured cotton dress being sold AS-IS as a PROJECT or COSTUME piece. This dress features stunning detailing: a high empire waist with double bows and a neckline decorated with lace butterflies, sequins, and rhinestones. The embellishments are in amazing condition, but the fabric has significant flaws.
This is a perfect candidate for dyeing! The natural cotton/linen-type fabric should take dye well, which would hide the stains. Alternatively, because the major rip is near the bottom, it could be hemmed into a micro-mini Mod dress.

Holes: There is a large rip/hole near the bottom hem and scattered smaller holes/snags on the skirt.
Stains: Significant dirt/yellowing remains on the shoulders, sleeves, and hem after washing.
